Johannes Hilling is a Global Studies (Peace & Security in Africa) graduate student at IPSS Addis Ababa and Leipzig University, with interests in cybersecurity, capacity building, and internet governance. He holds a BA in Philosophy, Sociology, and Political Science (Humboldt University & University of Nairobi) and works with the European Commission on cybersecurity and capacity-building initiatives.
